The front of my menu is detailed with illustration showing line drawings of Italian ingredients as a border framing the logo and pertinent hours of operation, contact info, website and social media information as well as a space for a  QR code. The border creates texture, shape and brings simple pops of color to the simple white background. (contrast, balance, emphasis, movement, white space, proportion, hierarchy, repetition, rhythm, pattern, unity, and variety) In this design I incorporated balance, emphasis, hierarchy in the size and placement of the logo at the top center of the menu. The design is cohesive stayed true to the brand style guide in terms of appropriate use of colors, logo and brand identity. The front of the menu incorporates the border of fresh Italian ingredients and back of the menu provides a full menu with prices and descriptions of dishes. Lunch specials, drinks and desserts are offered in their own respective categories and the space is used wisely.
