Development of this logo was mainly spent in conversation with the business owner. We talked about the importance of the farm to the family and the next generation of this family that is growing up here. The Farm has been in the same family for four generations and they hope it continues on for many more. After this discussion I thought about farms and planting and putting down roots, this gave me the ideas to incorporate a family tree into the logo. In the end I wanted to give a nod to the future and what that means to this family. So that is how I arrived at the design I went with and the creative process was fun.
